Dump Truck and Work Truck Removal

Heavy trucks have a hard life up here. We buy retired dump trucks, box trucks, service trucks and flat decks across the Sea to Sky, and we'll take the company pickup or car in the same trip.

What are you getting rid of?

Tell us what it is and where it sits. We call back with a number.

BC paperwork

Registered trucks need the BC steps

Most work trucks are plated with ICBC, so the sale follows the usual BC steps:

  • Every registered owner signs the registration (APV250)
  • Photo ID for whoever is signing
  • You sign the Transfer/Tax Form (APV9T) once you've been paid
  • The plates come off and stay with you, for your next vehicle or to hand in at an Autoplan broker

If the registration is lost, any Autoplan broker can issue a replacement. If there's a loan on the truck, the lender has to release it first.

Fleets

Clearing out a fleet

Companies in Whistler and Squamish tend to run trucks until the repairs stop making sense, then park them. If you've got several, send us the years, makes and models and whether each one runs. We'll quote them together and plan the trucks so they go in as few trips as possible.

Heavy equipment is our main work, but if a company car, van or pickup is parked next to the dump truck, we'll take that too. Same paperwork, same pickup day.

How it works

Three steps, one pickup

  1. Send the details

Use the form at the top or call. Make, model, roughly how heavy, and whether it runs.

  2. Get a number

We may ask for a photo or two, then call back with an offer for the machine as it sits.

  3. We load it and go

We book a truck that suits the machine and the road, load it, strap it and leave the spot clear.

Questions

Work truck removal FAQ

Do you buy dump trucks that don't run?

Yes. Non-running trucks get winched onto the deck or towed. Tell us if the wheels turn and whether the brakes are seized.

What paperwork do I need for a plated truck?

The registration signed by every registered owner and photo ID. You sign the Transfer/Tax Form once you've been paid, and the plates stay with you.

Do I need to take the box or deck off the truck?

No need. We take the truck as it sits, box, deck, crane and all.

Will you take a car or pickup on its own?

Yes. Heavy equipment is our main work, but we'll quote cars, vans and pickups in Whistler, Pemberton and Squamish too.

Can you take a whole fleet?

Yes. Send a list with the year, make, model and whether each one runs, and we'll quote them together.

Truck parked out back for good?

Call 236-709-3961 or send the form. We'll call back with a number for the machine as it sits.
